Requirements

  • 3-4 years of relevant experience in digital advertising and media management
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and skilled at balancing client strategy and day-to-day execution
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Technical proficiency in ad trafficking, pixel setup, and conversion tracking (Google Tag Manager, GA4)
  • Up to date on digital advertising trends, policies, and best practices
  • Ability to work hybrid in New York, N.Y. or Washington, D.C. (in-office at least 3 days per week)

Responsibilities

  • Develop multi-channel advertising strategies and media plans from scratch based on client goals and KPIs
  • Oversee campaign setup, management, and optimization across Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn, Reddit, Pinterest, Snapchat, Programmatic, CTV, OOH, Direct Partnerships and other emerging channels
  • Lead or review the creation of insightful client reports, identifying actionable data points that contribute to strategic recommendations
  • Translate campaign data into qualitative insights to inform creative and targeting optimizations
  • Stay up to date on digital advertising trends, policies, and best practices
  • Demonstrate technical proficiency in ad trafficking, pixel setup, and conversion tracking (Google Tag Manager, GA4)
  • Partner with design and content teams to ensure creative assets follow platform best practices and support campaign strategy
  • Build strong client relationships and manage account coordination
