Prior experience supporting revenue operations or quote-to-cash processes in SaaS or healthcare is beneficial. Strong analytical skills, proficiency in Microsoft Excel and revenue accounting tools like NetSuite or Zuora, and comfort in a fast-paced, remote environment are essential. Candidates should also demonstrate a proven track record in implementing or improving automated solutions, including exposure to AI-enabled tools, and possess strong problem-solving abilities.
The Senior Accountant, Revenue will own a portion of the revenue close process, including preparing journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statement analyses. They will ensure timely and accurate revenue recognition according to ASC 606 and internal policies. Key duties include collaborating with Sales, Strategic Finance, Legal, and Operations to evaluate contracts, supporting the implementation of systems for revenue automation, and preparing audit documentation. The role also involves analyzing revenue fluctuations, providing ad hoc reports for strategic decision-making, and driving process improvements with a focus on automation and AI.
