Requirements

Candidates must possess a BA/BS in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline with at least 7 years of experience in accounting and financial best practices in a public or private company setting. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems is required, along with a strong commitment to accuracy, consistency, and problem-solving. Prior experience with hardware and high-growth, fast-paced companies is strongly desired, as is 3+ years of management experience.

Responsibilities

The Senior Accountant will own the general ledger, ensuring accuracy in revenue recognition, deferred revenue, sales tax, and fixed assets. Responsibilities include managing balance sheet reconciliations, subledgers, and the entire sales tax process, including system selection and implementation. The role involves participating in the monthly close process, audits, and the design and implementation of financial systems. Additionally, the Senior Accountant will oversee the procure-to-pay process and manage the payroll process, ensuring timely and accurate employee payments.
