Requirements

  • Manage interactions with assigned clients at very senior levels
  • Act as relationship owner across all Visa Direct offerings (Visa Direct, Pay to Card, VPL, VXBS) for key global accounts
  • Accountability for revenue goal attainment across all Visa Direct products for assigned relationships
  • Experience or capability in developing and executing strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Ability to identify new business opportunities and improve processes for money movement within clients’ organizations
  • Suitability for on-site, full-time role

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and strengthen key global client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact and coordinating with multiple departments to meet client needs timely
  • Grow assigned accounts by identifying new business opportunities, upselling or cross-selling products/services
  • Establish annual account plans and work closely with clients to reach financial objectives, accountable for revenue growth of client portfolio
  • Lead contract negotiations ensuring mutually beneficial terms
  • Ensure client retention by maintaining client satisfaction and resolving issues
  • Track progress, analyze performance, and inform future strategies through reporting
  • Work closely with global and regional teams to ensure client success
