Extensive experience in deal creation and providing effective solutions to clients (Customer Focus)

Responsibilities

Follow organizational policies and procedures and maintain clear and direct line of communication within the organization to meet client requirements
Liaise with dealers and internal business partners about sales opportunities you will be managing
Design processes for informing clients of rates, shipping dates, anticipated delays, and any additional information needed by clients
Work directly with clients to collect information, sell additional products and services to current clients, and ensure clients’ needs are met
Oversee and coordinate all sales and marketing activities for Command for hauling (Autonomous Hauling Solutions - AHS)
Dive deep into client profiles to uncover opportunities and develop sales strategies
Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
Develop innovative comprehensive proposals that address client requirements
Negotiate to secure favorable terms and work closely with the contract team to finalize agreements
