Candidates must have over 10 years of experience in scientific sales, consulting, research program management, high-performance computing leadership, or scientific environments. Experience engaging with research universities, including C-level executives, Principal Investigators, and IT directors, is highly desirable. A demonstrated commitment to lifelong learning, a BS degree or equivalent experience, and a genuine passion for science and technology are crucial. The ability to provide thought leadership, think strategically, communicate vision effectively, and influence stakeholders is required. Candidates should also be local to the Mid-Atlantic US and able to travel over 20%.
The Senior Account Manager will champion business growth, forecast revenue, and collaborate with partners to develop go-to-market strategies. They will serve as a trusted advisor to university partners, communicating NVIDIA's vision and technology roadmaps. Responsibilities include forging strong connections with research labs and Principal Investigators, understanding their challenges, and exploring how NVIDIA's platform can accelerate their discovery process. The role involves collaborating with internal NVIDIA teams and university partners to develop new initiatives, driving awareness and adoption of the NVIDIA platform, and continuously learning about scientific trends and NVIDIA's technology stack.
