Requirements

At least three years of relevant experience in public relations and/or related fields (e.g., research, public policy, advertising, management consulting, media, publishing); pharma experience desired
Bachelor’s degree in a related field
Proven ability to manage multiple small or medium-sized projects simultaneously
Strong communications skills, including experience in research, writing, editing, and client interaction
Ability to perform well under pressure and be a team player
Ability to effectively manage up to senior team members on project status and needs, while providing guidance and resources to junior team members and peers on specialist teams
Commitment to continuous learning and pursuing stretch goals

Responsibilities

Develop communications plans that meet client objectives
Implement public relations tactics
Impart knowledge to more junior team members
Manage multiple projects on a fast-paced, high-profile integrated account, anticipating challenges and ensuring deadline and budget adherence
Contribute to financial health of the account, including project budget trackers, activity reports, and monthly billing updates
Manage projects while anticipating challenges and client/internal team needs, working seamlessly with cross-functional team members to deliver timely, high-quality, and detailed work
Build relationships with clients and colleagues at all levels
Consistently produce high-quality internal and external communications content
Maintain SOP documents on behalf of the broader team to ensure consistency and accuracy across the portfolio
Help plan and coordinate traditional, digital, and social media campaigns
Proactively support junior and senior team members with ad-hoc client asks
Aid in new business process, including idea contribution, research, and proposal preparation
