Candidates are required to have 5+ years of experience in group benefits sales with an established presence in the broker marketplace, and a college degree with a concentration in business management, finance, or risk management, or equivalent work experience. They should also demonstrate an inclination to seek and analyze data from various sources, an entrepreneurial and creative approach to developing innovative ideas, and a high degree of integrity.
The Workforce Benefits Sales Consultant will support the creation and execution of a strategy for Broker Distribution, meet annual sales goals, partner with Workforce Benefits Distribution resources to deliver the Workforce Benefits story, strengthen broker relationships, execute broker meetings, drive a pipeline of RFPs, build local broker relationships, demonstrate proficiency in group products, maintain connections with internal teams, utilize established and innovative approaches, prioritize customer viewpoints, participate in industry activities, represent the company at events, and perform other job-related duties as required.
