Candidates should possess at least 4 years of experience in brand integration, partnership marketing, and/or sponsorship sales, with a proven track record of securing top-tier brand partners for paid partnership and sponsorship opportunities. They should have experience developing and executing marketing and communications plans for entertainment, lifestyle, fashion, technology, or non-profits, and a demonstrated ability to create out-of-the-norm media moments. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, and a strong understanding of brand marketing and cause marketing campaigns is essential.
The Senior Account Executive will develop and execute detailed strategies aimed at achieving client goals, manage integrated communications campaigns including engaging with and pitching brand partnerships, sponsorships, and paid integration deals, participate in new business processes, and utilize data, analytics, and competitive research to inform strategic proposals. They will secure impactful brand partners and sponsors, create meaningful marketing campaigns, execute strategic marketing and brand integration plans, and proactively mentor/manage junior team members on client account teams.
