Requirements
Successful sales experience, knowing how to position the right arguments at the right time, having closed deals (either long or short cycles), and driven by closing deals
Knowledge of SaaS or Healthcare key metrics and sales strategy
Strong interest in the mission and will to bring cutting-edge technology to the market to improve women’s health
Ability to work in a cross-border company and in an early-stage environment with a lot to do by yourself
Curious and motivated self-starter with a proven willingness to learn quickly, deep diving into the product, and comfortable dealing with ambiguity
Ability to travel up to 50% of the time to meet clients and attend industry events
Responsibilities
Manage outbound lead generation (sourcing, qualifying) and inbound lead follow-up, building relationships with OBGYNs, Sonographers, MFMs, and IT stakeholders
Represent Sonio at regional trade shows and deliver product demos aligned with customer needs
Support the CRM process to track KPIs and report on sales results
Collaborate with implementation teams to ensure smooth handoff and successful closing of deals
Work closely with the Revenue, Marketing, Clinical, and Product teams to align sales efforts with broader company strategies, provide feedback, and contribute to product evolution
Lead sales cycles with accounts with the support of marketing, technical, and clinical teams, focusing initially on closing the first deals and generating revenues
