Requirements

  • Experienced and driven sales professional with deep knowledge of the adtech ecosystem, particularly programmatic media, data-driven buying, and agency partnerships
  • Ability to act as a trusted advisor, developing and executing strategic sales plans
  • Experience managing the full sales cycle from prospecting through to deal close
  • Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams (Account Management, Customer Success, Ad Operations, Product)
  • Clear understanding of programmatic buying models, audience data strategies, and measurement frameworks
  • Ability to negotiate complex deals balancing client goals and commercial objectives
  • Based in or able to work hybrid from Los Angeles office (2–3 days per week)

Responsibilities

  • Drive awareness, adoption, and revenue growth for Ogury’s Personified Advertising solutions across West Coast agencies and brand partners
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with media buyers, trading desks, and senior decision-makers at top-tier agencies and holding companies
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue goals
  • Effectively communicate Ogury’s value proposition
  • Negotiate complex deals that balance client goals with Ogury’s commercial objectives
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (Operations, Product, Marketing) to ensure alignment on campaigns and seamless execution
  • Lead growth across key agencies and brand accounts throughout the West Coast market
