Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent formal academic/vocational qualification, and at least 2+ years of relevant experience. Previous experience providing the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job is preferred. A strong understanding of the industry, the company, and functional areas is beneficial. Knowledge of sales automation systems and the Microsoft Office suite is also required.

Responsibilities

The Senior Account Development Representative will drive pipeline for the company by collaborating with field representatives, internal leadership teams, and prospective clients to generate new meetings and opportunities within a designated territory, focusing on biotech accounts. They will deliver measurable contributions by engaging new clients or contacts, securing client meetings and new opportunities (RFPs), driving RFP pipeline and hit rates through lead generation and territory management, tracking and maintaining activity in the CRM database, and supporting marketing initiatives including conferences. They will also coordinate information, develop relationships with internal and external clients, present capabilities, and collaborate with others to hand-off the relationship internally. A strong understanding of French is preferred.
