Candidates must have a passion for powersports and experience with dirt bikes, street bikes, and motorcycle brands. A love of power sports and the ability to provide an amazing ride experience are essential. Wired internet is required for remote work, and candidates must be available for training from October 13-31, 2025, Monday-Friday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm MST, with no absences allowed. Flexibility in scheduling is needed, including required Saturday availability from 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM MT for full-time roles and a minimum of 16 hours per week for part-time roles.
The Seasonal MotoSport Gearhead will assist customers with general product questions, take customer orders, and verify shipment information. Responsibilities include up-selling and cross-selling products, resolving customer issues and concerns, and escalating system and website problems. The role involves handling inbound customer emails and chat sessions, and potentially making outbound follow-up calls to provide concierge-level service and build customer relationships.
