Requirements

  • Prior leadership experience (SDR or Sales) with a track record of success in both results and the development of your team
  • Ability to derive insights from data and make sound decisions based on those insights
  • Firm understanding of both inbound (MQL to SAO) and outbound (self sourced) pipeline generation
  • Excellent collaborator with experience working cross functionally/globally
  • Hybrid role, expected to be in Chicago office on Tuesdays and Thursdays

Responsibilities

  • Leading and developing a team of SDRs based in Chicago and Dublin (UKI)
  • Ensuring execution of priorities and driving results which exceed plan
  • Using SFDC and other data/insights tools to measure business performance and identify opportunities for improvement/optimization
  • Working cross functionally to ensure the right information is flowing to the right parts of the organization at the right time
