Requirements

High School Diploma or GED required
1–2 years of experience in healthcare, manufacturing, or a related field preferred
Strong customer service and communication skills
Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Physically able to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 35 lbs
Capable of pushing/pulling carts weighing up to 400 lbs
Willingness to work evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
Open to feedback and continuous improvement
Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new systems

Responsibilities

Deliver clean linen in covered carts to designated hospital areas
Collect and transport soiled linen in covered carts to designated return areas
Verify linen quantities for delivery accuracy
Conduct linen inventory as needed
Address and resolve client concerns professionally
Communicate effectively with supervisors regarding service or quality issues
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Follow all institutional procedures and safety protocols
Operate equipment and perform tasks essential to daily operations
Complete basic clerical tasks such as answering phones and data entry
Comply with Joint Commission standards
Perform additional duties as assigned
