Opportunity

Twin Health offers a path to a life without medication for individuals managing type-2 diabetes. We are seeking a passionate and motivated Scheduler to facilitate the scheduling of member appointments via video conferencing with our care team. Successful candidates will embody Twin’s core values: passion, talent, and trust.

The scheduling process at Twin is demanding and involves multiple steps. As a Scheduler, you will support members throughout their journey by coordinating essential video-based meetings. Communication with members will primarily occur through chat messaging within the Twin App.

This crucial role within the Member Operations team requires close collaboration with the clinical team to effectively engage members and schedule all necessary video conferencing meetings. We are looking for a customer-service oriented individual who is empathetic, outgoing, and committed to our mission of reversing chronic disease.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM CST.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule member meetings with the care team.
• Manage member meeting timelines within a centralized database.
• Utilize Google Calendars and Twin’s EMR for scheduling.
• Collaborate with the practice management operations team to optimize Twin’s scheduling processes, technology, and collateral.
• Track all scheduling efforts in a centralized database and meet activity-based metrics.
• Demonstrate comfort in a goal-driven, individual contributor role.
• Provide support for scheduling issues to leadership and product support.
• Maintain a high volume of inbound and outbound correspondence with members.
• Proficiently use systems including Google Suite, Slack, and EMR equivalents.
• Be prepared to work modified schedules or after-hours when required.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Education and Experience:

• College degree preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience in customer service and scheduling.
• Healthcare experience is a plus.
• Experience working remotely.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Proficiency in navigating Google Spreadsheets.
