Brightline is seeking a dedicated Member Support Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will be instrumental in providing exceptional support to our members, assisting them with sign-ups, scheduling, billing, and various administrative tasks. You will be a key part of a dynamic team focused on delivering outstanding service as we expand our reach.
Work Schedule: This is a fully remote position with a schedule of 12:00 PM - 9:00 PM PST, Monday through Friday.
