As a Scale Customer Success Manager, you will design and execute scalable success plans for a large customer base, acting as a strategic advisor to customers and proactively monitoring their data to identify opportunities and risks. You will engage with customers through regular check-ins, collaborate with Sales and Renewals teams to expand use cases and ensure contract renewals, and provide valuable insights to the Product team to reduce customer friction, while also maintaining an accurate CRM and embracing a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
