This role focuses on making Product-Led Growth (PLG) a reality for customers. As a Strategic Customer Success Manager, you will be a strategic partner to Typeform's largest customers, helping them unlock the full value of the product. You will manage the entire customer lifecycle, from onboarding to expansion, acting as a trusted advisor to business-critical teams. Your goal is to guide customers through scaling use cases, driving deeper integration, and maximizing ROI from the product, focusing on growth through customer impact.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a customer success or account management role within SaaS (Enterprise-level preferred).
  • Track record of driving adoption, renewals, and expansion.
  • Comfort with commercial conversations, including usage-based growth and value-based selling.
  • Strategic thinking and strong storytelling skills, capable of communicating with both executives and end-users.
  • Collaborative instincts and a desire to work cross-functionally.
  • Analytical mindset, confident in using data to inform recommendations and measure success.
  • Bonus: Experience in a PLG motion or product-first environment.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Enterprise Plan customers (predominantly SMBs and Mid-market companies) at key lifecycle points to understand their goals and coach them on how Typeform helps achieve them.
  • Monitor customer health, usage, and engagement using internal tools, proactively mitigating churn risks.
  • Identify expansion opportunities, lead renewal discussions, and confidently close commercial growth.
  • Deliver strategic account reviews and insights to customer stakeholders and internal teams.
  • Collaborate across Sales, Product, Support, Marketing, and Community to enhance the customer journey and feedback loops.
  • Apply a product-led mindset to your book of business, continuously testing, scaling, and learning.

Compensation & Perks

  • Base Salary Range: $70,000 - $100,000 (depending on experience and location). Open to leveling conversations and flexibility.
  • OTE Structure: 70/30 OTE structure with clear earning potential tied to expansion and renewal outcomes.
  • Annual Bonus: 5% annual bonus based on individual and company performance.
  • Remote Work Allowance: $150/month remote work allowance, plus flexible work perks.
