This role focuses on making Product-Led Growth (PLG) a reality for customers. As a Strategic Customer Success Manager, you will be a strategic partner to Typeform's largest customers, helping them unlock the full value of the product. You will manage the entire customer lifecycle, from onboarding to expansion, acting as a trusted advisor to business-critical teams. Your goal is to guide customers through scaling use cases, driving deeper integration, and maximizing ROI from the product, focusing on growth through customer impact.
The final level and total compensation will be determined during the interview process based on your experience and market benchmarks. Typeform aims to reward great work, pay fairly, and maintain transparency.
