Requirements

Candidates should possess proven experience in a customer success or account management role within SaaS, preferably at an Enterprise level, and a track record of driving adoption, renewals, and expansion. They should be comfortable with commercial conversations, including usage-based growth and value-based selling, and demonstrate strategic thinking and strong storytelling skills. An analytical mindset and the ability to use data to inform recommendations are also required.

Responsibilities

As a Strategic Customer Success Manager, you will partner with Enterprise Plan customers to understand their goals and coach them on how Typeform helps meet those goals, monitor customer health and engagement, identify expansion opportunities, lead renewal discussions, and deliver strategic account reviews. You will collaborate across various teams to improve the customer journey and feedback loops, and bring a product-led mindset to your book of business, always testing and scaling based on data.
