Requirements

More than several years of knowledge in SAP Time Economy with a focus on positive time evaluation (come/go times)
Strong understanding of personnel-related issues with a focus on time economy
Experience in consulting, conception, design, implementation, and support of SAP HCM Time Economy solutions
Proficient in the processing of SAP Time Economy schemas and cycles
Experience in implementing time economy projects, including carve-out and migration projects
Knowledge of German SAP payroll, ESS/MSS, and custom developments is desirable
Strong customer and solution orientation
Ability to work in virtual teams
Excellent communication skills and innovative thinking, combined with an independent and result-oriented approach
Basic willingness to travel

Responsibilities

Supporting the introduction, rollout, and support of SAP-based time economy solutions
Customizing SAP Personnel Administration and SAP Time Economy
Developing schemas and cycles for SAP time evaluation, including Pausengenerierung (Break Generation), Mehrarbeitsgenehmigungen (Overtime Approvals), Zuschlagsgenerierung (Bonus Generation), Verrechnung von Mehrarbeiten (Billing of Overtime), and creation of customer-specific operations/functions (PE04)
Creating cost estimates and proposals, supporting PreSales activities such as customer events and customer presentations
Implementing concepts and being responsible for the productive setting of solutions
Taking on consulting tasks from planning to productive setting
