Requirements

Deep functional and technical knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central plus at least one Talent module)
Proven experience leading large, complex or multi-module SuccessFactors implementations
10+ years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors with a minimum of 5 end-to-end implementations
Proficiency in preparing and presenting project status updates and reports to senior leadership and clients
Experience managing and mentoring junior consultants, supporting their skill development and career growth
Capability to lead business development efforts, including contributing to pre-sales activities, proposal development and solution presentations
Ability to influence and collaborate with senior leadership within Accenture and client organisations
Experience defining the strategic direction for SAP SuccessFactors service offerings and driving their implementation across projects
Familiarity with the SuccessFactors roadmap and upcoming releases, and ability to align client strategies with platform advancements
Awareness of the latest trends in AI and innovations in HR technology and the ability to leverage them to drive business value

Responsibilities

Lead the overall design of SuccessFactors solutions, ensuring alignment with client business processes and transformation goals
Collaborate with clients to capture and analyse requirements, translating them into functional and technical design documents
Provide oversight and guidance across multiple SuccessFactors modules and workstreams, ensuring consistency and quality of delivery
Act as the bridge between client stakeholders, delivery teams and integration partners to manage dependencies and risks
Champion best practices, new capabilities and continuous improvement to maximise client value
Bring innovative thinking, industry best practices, process knowledge and the latest trends in SAP SuccessFactors
Work closely with stakeholders at all levels to understand their business and functional requirements, translate them into robust SuccessFactors solution designs and oversee their delivery
Ensure that all SuccessFactors workstreams remain aligned with the overall programme vision and integrate effectively with other systems, safeguarding end-to-end outcomes
