  • Students ready to start the summer program in June/July 2026 and finish their studies in summer 2027 (going into final year at university after the internship)
  • Ability to be open and collaborative in a multicultural environment
  • High proficiency in English (any other languages is a plus)
  • Financial modeling knowledge
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Availability for a full-time summer internship from June/July 2026

Responsibilities

  • Actively participate in the execution of transactions and advisory projects across various Global Banking areas and sub-products
  • Work in Debt Capital Markets, providing global solutions across different markets and currencies
  • Support Equity Capital Markets, offering advice on accessing equity markets, including IPOs, follow-on offerings, equity-linked solutions, and private placements
  • Contribute to Leveraged Finance, providing solutions for acquisition financing, leveraged buyouts, refinancing, or recapitalization with products like leveraged loans, high-yield bonds, and junior debt
  • Assist the M&A team in advising on transactions across sectors, including valuation, transaction structuring, negotiation, and execution
  • Participate in Structured Finance, providing tailored products in areas like Debt Advisory, Infrastructure Finance, Fund Finance, Asset Finance, and Debt Restructuring
  • Support Syndicated Loans, including revolving credit facilities, term loans, bridge facilities, underwriting, and syndication
