Responsibilities

  • Empty all trash cans and replace liners, clean, and sanitize receptacles daily in Refrigerated Coolers, Bus Tub Room, GMP Frock Room, and Garbage Gondolas
  • Clean floors by sweeping, mopping, and scrubbing with floor scrubber in Refrigerated Coolers, Bus Tub Room, and GMP Frock Room
  • Clean and wipe down racks in Refrigerated Coolers and Bus Tub Room
  • Clean metal tables and sanitize daily in Refrigerated Coolers and Bus Tub Room
  • Re-stock vinyl gloves in all sizes in Refrigerated Coolers and GMP Frock Room
  • Clean and sanitize hand wash sinks and department sinks in Refrigerated Coolers, Bus Tub Room, and GMP Frock Room
  • Clean, empty, and sanitize all Garbage Gondolas daily
  • Mix water and cleaning chemicals to prepare cleaning solutions according to specifications
  • Check for leaks, drips, and condensation in Refrigerated Coolers and Freezers
  • Clean all food manufacturing machinery according to SOPs
  • Clean floors in Freezers using dry cleaning method and remove ice accumulation on floors, walls, and cooling units
  • Clean, wash, and sanitize production utensils, bus tubs, red crates, and blue dollies in Bus Tub Room
  • Re-stock chemicals in Bus Tub Room
  • Test sanitizer with Hydrion test strips to verify PPM in Bus Tub Room
  • Clean Tub Washer according to SOP in Bus Tub Room
  • Clean walls during deep clean in GMP Frock Room
  • Follow facility GMPs and enforce them throughout the facility
  • Support company efforts to maintain food safety system (SQF) and quality programs
