  • Is able to challenge others where necessary and uphold training standards
  • Salesforce Certification would be an advantage

Responsibilities

  • On-demand training for all users using the Salesforce application – this includes ad hoc requests and new joiners/movers
  • On-demand training for all users using the PowerBI Sales Reporting application. This includes ad hoc requests and new joiners/movers
  • Creating or adjusting training content (video or PPT’s) on new or adjusted capabilities in Salesforce.com and Sales PowerBI App
  • Maintaining training content on centrally managed training repository i.e. Sales effectiveness training site
  • Reviewing SFDC Adoption Dashboards and identifying areas where additional training for BU’s and Event teams maybe required
  • Reviewing ServiceNow tickets and identifying areas of additional training where the closure of the ticket is related to process not being followed
  • Being a global point-of-contact for anyone with a knowledge or training-related enquiry about using GBS Salesforce
  • Creating and organizing training for specific roles within RX that utilize SFDC
  • Producing a monthly view of training conducted for each BU
