Salesforce System Adminstrator

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, and demonstrate at least 5 years of experience in Salesforce administration and support, with a strong understanding of Salesforce.com functionalities and configurations. Experience managing Salesforce deployments and change management processes is highly desirable.
The Salesforce Support Manager will proactively identify system changes, gather user feedback, manage system changes without disruption, communicate changes to users, gather requirements, modify the system for increased benefits and usability, manage the change control process, manage new releases of SFDC, create and maintain Salesforce objects and functions, handle customization, create workflows and configurations, create reporting capabilities, provide ongoing support, maintain system integrity, manage user licenses, design user roles and profiles, create training materials, mentor users, document processes, assist with data migration, monitor data quality, and serve as the company subject matter expert on Salesforce.com.
