Requirements

The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field, and have 2-4 years of experience in sales operations, business analysis, or a similar role. Proficiency with Salesforce CRM and Microsoft Dynamics, along with strong reporting and analytical skills, is required, alongside excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills. Strong communication and collaboration skills are also necessary for cross-functional stakeholder engagement, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment is essential. Familiarity with sales pipelines and revenue recognition processes is desired.

Responsibilities

This role involves maintaining 100% accuracy and up-to-date information in Salesforce, managing contract documentation, opportunity booking, and phasing, and tracking invoicing details and revenue. The Sales Operations Analyst will also be responsible for cleaning up outdated items, extracting Salesforce reports, and building structured rhythms for tracking opportunity closure and identifying blockers. Participating in twice-weekly syncs with Sales and internal teams, supporting weekly sales file preparation, and collaborating with stakeholders to resolve queries related to revenue, pipeline, or client-related concerns are key duties. The candidate will also need to transition seamlessly to Microsoft Dynamics during the platform migration and actively participate in pipeline calls to ensure data alignment.
