They will be responsible for propelling the quality of implementations, providing in-depth exposure to Salesforce, identifying areas for implementation process improvements, utilizing customer data for analysis and report/dashboard development, and configuring/developing Salesforce in a client-facing environment. Within the first 60-180 days, they will develop foundational knowledge of the Sitetracker platform, create high-level solutions, lead small/corporate implementations, and identify best practices. After 365 days, they will design efficient implementations, lead enterprise-level implementations, communicate effectively with customers, raise issues to the internal team, and influence the product roadmap by providing customer feedback.
