Requirements

Candidates should possess 8+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience in complex organizations, deep expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, Flow Builder, and API integration, and experience with Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud, and Sales Cloud. A strong understanding of Salesforce platform architecture and governor limits is required, along with familiarity with DevOps tools for Salesforce deployment, CI/CD pipelines, and automation frameworks. One or more current Salesforce certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

The Senior Salesforce Developer will design, develop, and deploy custom solutions using Apex Triggers, Classes, Controllers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Flow; integrate Salesforce with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs, middleware/IPaaS, and custom web services; evaluate and implement Salesforce AI capabilities such as Agentforce, Flow Orchestration, and Next Best Action on the Salesforce platform; develop custom integrations with third-party security tools, CRM extensions, and risk management systems; partner with marketing and sales operations to automate lead management, campaign tracking, and analytics; build predictive workflows and ML-supported automations to improve user efficiency; partner with stakeholders from Sales, Marketing, Tech Support, and Business Ops to understand requirements and deliver solutions; collaborate with Salesforce Admins on configuration, security, and org-wide changes; support data model design, data integrity, and complex data migrations; maintain platform security best practices, user permissions, and field-level security; provide technical leadership, mentorship, and best practices to junior developers and administrators; manage the Salesforce release cycle; test, validate, and deploy changes using CI/CD practices; and perform regular health checks and troubleshoot system issues.
