Requirements

  • 5+ years of Apex development including triggers, batch classes, scheduled jobs, and REST/SOAP callouts
  • Proficiency in Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura framework for custom UI development
  • Advanced SOQL/SOSL expertise including aggregate queries, relationship queries, and performance optimization
  • Experience with Salesforce DX, Git version control, and CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions)
  • API development experience with REST/SOAP, OAuth 2.0, webhooks, and middleware platforms (MuleSoft, Workato)
  • ETL expertise with tools like Talend, Alteryx, or custom Python/Node.js scripts
  • Database skills: Experience with large-scale data migrations (1M+ records)
  • Monitoring and logging: Experience with native Salesforce Event Monitoring
  • Preferred: Marketing automation platforms: Marketo or HubSpot integration experience
  • Preferred: Lead management: Understanding of lead scoring models, attribution logic, and funnel conversion metrics
  • Preferred: Analytics tools: Experience with Tableau CRM, or similar BI platforms

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement Apex solutions for Demand Funnel and Campaign attribution workflows
  • Develop and maintain custom Lightning components for third-party SFDC vendor integrations
  • Build robust API integrations between Salesforce and marketing tools (i.e. Marketo, 6sense, Clay, Sendoso)
  • Write complex SOQL queries and reports for campaign performance analysis, lead attribution reporting, and historical data fixes
  • Manage Salesforce release cycles including scheduled sandbox refreshes, production deployments (weekly), and hotfix procedures
  • Oversee data quality initiatives including field utilization analysis, implementing validation rules, and managing 200+ custom fields
  • Maintain system performance by monitoring governor limits, optimizing triggers/flows, and managing API call volumes
  • Execute large-scale data operations using Data Loader, Workbench, and ETL tools for migrations involving 100K+ records
  • Partner with IT CRM to implement and maintain a security model including 50+ permission sets, sharing rules, and integration user configurations
  • Lead a team of 2-3 Salesforce developers, conducting code reviews, providing technical mentorship, and managing sprint planning
  • Coordinate with Marketing Operations stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications with clear acceptance criteria
  • Manage vendor relationships for technical implementations
  • Provide 24-hour SLA support for critical production issues affecting lead flow, campaign execution, or revenue attribution
