Strong proficiency in Salesforce customization, including Apex, Flows, and Configurations, along with a deep understanding of platform security and best practices is required. Excellent communication, prioritization, and problem-solving skills are essential, as is experience working directly with sales teams and account management. A Bachelor's degree in a related field or relevant certifications, such as Salesforce Platform Developer I or CPQ Specialist, is preferred.
The Salesforce Business Application Developer will lead customization efforts using LWC, Apex, and Flows, and evaluate, scope, and implement new development requests. Responsibilities include working closely with sales teams to optimize business processes, managing CPQ approval rules and configurations, and maintaining products and product rules. The role also involves developing a deep understanding of CPQ/CLM setups, performing system testing, serving as a liaison between users and IT, and providing day-to-day support to internal Salesforce users, troubleshooting CPQ, Certinia, and Conga issues. Additionally, the developer will ensure data accuracy, resolve inconsistencies, and support US business hours.
