Requirements

Candidates should possess 6+ years of hands-on experience using Salesforce, proficiency in building solutions across multiple Salesforce Clouds (CPQ is a must), and strong knowledge of Salesforce architecture. They should also have experience working with GTM tech stacks including Salesforce, Marketo, Outreach, and billing platforms, along with familiarity with Apex, Lightning Components (LWC), flows, triggers, and API integrations.

Responsibilities

As a GTM System Solutions Engineer, the individual will collaborate with business stakeholders to understand functional and technical requirements, identify gaps in GTM systems, and recommend process improvements. They will analyse requirements and architecture vision to propose solutions for complex business challenges, design scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, CPQ and integrations with other GTM systems, and build and maintain solution design documents. Furthermore, they will perform hands-on declarative configurations and development, provide architectural oversight and technical guidance, proactively work on Proof of Concepts, and stay current on Salesforce releases while translating business requirements into technical solutions.
