Requirements

Candidates should possess 3+ years of experience in Salesforce architecture, solution design, and development within mid-to-large-scale organizations, along with 2+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ, including end-to-end implementation. They should have experience integrating Salesforce CPQ with enterprise ERP systems such as NetSuite or Zone Advanced Billing, and a strong understanding of database concepts with proficiency in SQL for data manipulation.

Responsibilities

The Salesforce Architect will be responsible for developing, enhancing, and maintaining the Salesforce instance, designing scalable Salesforce architecture, data models, and integrations across Salesforce CPQ, NetSuite, Gainsight, Workato, and Zone Advanced Billing, implementing CPQ best practices, creating solutions for identity and access management, data and process integrations, and account for large data volumes and privacy needs, identifying optimal solutions for requirements and recommending using clicks, code, or a combination of both depending on the use case, leading and collaborating on solution design, requirements gathering, project execution, and stakeholder alignment, implementing declarative Salesforce changes through flows, permission sets, and more, designing, developing, testing, and maintaining Salesforce applications, troubleshooting and resolving Salesforce bugs, and following Software Development methodology and contributing to the SDLC requirements.
