A solid background in training, coaching, or leading sales teams is required, along with a clear and confident communication style. The ability to coach adults, hold attention, build trust, and demonstrate emotional intelligence and tact in sensitive care settings is essential. Basic computer literacy, including proficiency in MS Office and Outlook, and comfort navigating CRM or call systems are also necessary.
The Sales Training Specialist will design, implement, and continuously improve a custom sales training program for inbound sales representatives, coaching them to convert inbound calls into patient admissions with empathy and professionalism. Responsibilities include providing regular performance feedback, QA monitoring, call coaching, and collaborating with management to align sales techniques with clinical sensitivity. The role also involves creating documentation, scripts, and learning materials, and utilizing MS Office for tracking, feedback, and training support.
