Requirements

1+ years of Managerial experience
At least 3 years overall work experience
At least 1 year sales experience primarily outbound sales upselling, cross selling, online sales, or telemarketing relationship sales, ad sales, digital marketing with at least 1 year supervisory experience
Proven track record of achieving targets and leading high performing teams
Strong leadership and people management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in using CRM software and sales analytics tools
Strong problem solving skills and the ability to make data driven decisions
Ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment
Fluent in Hungarian
Strong language skills in English

Responsibilities

Overseeing and guiding a team of sales agents to meet and exceed sales targets
Managing daily operations
Providing coaching and training
Ensuring high levels of sales target attainment and customer satisfaction
Driving performance through effective leadership and strategic planning
Explaining what's driving the team's performance in a concise and data driven way
Identifying and growing talent, leading, motivating and coaching direct reports
Identifying training needs and supporting development of programs
Demonstrating a high level of integrity personally and professionally
Coaching in one on one and team settings with a clear data driven approach and tangible output for agents to improve
Delivering outstanding customer service
Communicating excellently in written and verbal forms with all levels of management, adjusting messaging to different audiences with to-the-point communication
Applying excellent organizational skills and a detail-oriented approach to problem solving
Demonstrating proficiency in multi-tasking and prioritization
Applying moderate understanding of business process improvement methods
