Requirements

  • Proven experience leading inside sales teams (Client Manager, Account Manager, Sales Representatives), ideally within a B2B SaaS or professional services environment
  • Experience selling or managing sales activity into the legal, tax, or compliance sectors (highly desirable)
  • Excellent coaching, mentoring, and communication skills
  • Demonstrated success in driving sales performance, pipeline growth, and developing teams
  • Strong understanding of sales process, metrics, and CRM reporting
  • Data-driven mindset with a passion for operational excellence

Responsibilities

  • Lead and coach a team of desk-based client managers to achieve and exceed sales and qualified pipeline generation targets for the legal and tax market
  • Develop and refine outreach strategies across key segments (law firms, corporates, public sector, and accountancy practices)
  • Collaborate closely with wider teams and sales leadership to align insight, GTM motion, and drive a customer-focused approach
  • Monitor KPIs and metrics such as conversion rates, activity volumes, and pipeline contribution
  • Implement data-driven performance management to identify improvement areas and replicate best practices
  • Recruit, onboard, and develop new hires, creating a high-performing, motivated, and customer-centric culture
  • Ensure consistent use of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) for customer engagement and pipeline hygiene
  • Maintain a strong understanding of LexisNexis products, the competitive landscape, and customer pain points
