As Manager, Sales Systems, responsibilities include managing Salesforce Admins, Release Managers, and production support for lead-to-cash systems, leading system design discussions, driving adoption of technology and process changes, architecting and deploying scalable Salesforce solutions, providing hands-on technical assistance, leading global teams, mentoring junior team members, evaluating team performance, planning for resourcing needs, working closely with business stakeholders, managing senior stakeholders, proactively identifying risk areas, and ensuring organizational compliance.
