Requirements

Strong expertise in the Salesforce ecosystem, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, and Experience Cloud, is essential.

Responsibilities

The Engineering Manager will establish Salesforce platform governance standards, define environmental strategies, and manage user provisioning and data access policies. They will architect and implement CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Harness, Copado, AutoRABIT, Gearset, or Jenkins, and manage the Salesforce release calendar. Responsibilities also include driving platform optimization, ensuring high availability and performance, leveraging Salesforce Shield for security features, and implementing backup and recovery strategies. The role involves leading user access management, monitoring security logs, ensuring audit readiness for ITGC, SOX, and regulatory frameworks, and managing platform integrations. Additionally, the manager will partner with various stakeholders, provide technical leadership to the Salesforce team, and coordinate work with offshore teams.
