Responsibilities

  • Leading and managing the Sales Support Team for BOIPA
  • Supporting the sales team through lead qualification and allocation
  • Handling sales related queries from both internal teams and customers via the sales inbox
  • Analyzing sales data and performance
  • Preparing Weekly / Monthly and Ad Hoc reporting to a number of teams within the business, including the director of sales
