  • Experience with Connectwise Sell and know how to edit templates, build tabs, make customizations
  • Actively seeks out market information and takes an active interest in business issues
  • Tailors communication content, channel and style to the audience to increase understanding and acceptance
  • Experience with MSP Environment
  • Experience with Connectwise Manage (PSA)
  • Nice to Have: Background working with clients based in New Zealand
  • Integrates information from a range of sources, able to see patterns and themes
  • Correctly documents time and expenses in Connectwise as it occurs
  • Can understand when you require more information, must escalate, requires someone else to deal with the problem
  • Works consistently to identify and remove barriers and impediments

Responsibilities

  • Next Meetings and Follow Ups scheduled and New Opportunities created as requests come in [Opportunity Management]
  • Creation of Agreements following processes and Monthly reconciliations undertaken [Agreement Management]
  • Maintain appropriate stock levels and Undertaken regular stock takes [Inventory Management]
  • Receiving Stock, Placing Orders, and Finding Replacement Stock [Procurement]
  • Generate reports and Provide support to get meetings scheduled in [Business Technology Review Preparation]
  • Develop and Maintain relationships with vendors, Leverage Marketing Development Funds from Vendors, and Attend industry events [Vendor Relationships]
  • Find and develop relationships with our vendors, Attend events to show support, Document priority matrix of Distributor purchases [Distributor Relationships]
  • Creating Quotes/Proposals on behalf of Sales Person, Creating and sending routine quotes based on replacement schedule, Managing and Maintaining Quote Templates [Quoting and Proposals]
  • CRM and Quoting tools maintained, Operational Processes developed and documented, Business Technology Review structure maintained [Tool Management]
