Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day supervision, motivation, and support to the outside sales team
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to implement sales plans and territory strategies
  • Drive efforts to identify and pursue new customer opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking, and market research
  • Support reps in building positive relationships with clients, resolving increased issues, and identifying new business opportunities
  • Supervise individual and team KPIs, conduct regular performance reviews, and identify areas for improvement
  • Deliver ongoing training and mentorship to improve product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills
  • Prepare accurate sales reports, forecasts, and market insights for leadership review
  • Foster a culture of curiosity and continuous learning, encouraging team members to understand and effectively communicate technical product details and solutions
