  • Familiarity with distributor management, broad market development, tender support, and sales data analysis; ability to independently formulate regional strategies

Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and manage secondary or tertiary distributor markets in the assigned area, including brand penetration, sales channel consolidation, distributor management, BMM management, market activity execution, sales data analysis, market information collection and feedback, tender and government pricing information collection and feedback
  • Formulate and implement regional commercial sales strategies in line with company policies; effectively manage distributors, including safety inventory and order management, price system management, regional sales (flow) management, monitoring and management of distributor service capabilities, communication of commercial policies and strategies, personnel training and management, resource and expense management, regular business reviews and planning, providing quality after-sales service to customers, data collection and analysis, collaborating with distributors to manage broad medical market channels (drug inclusion/repeat purchase/education, etc.), increasing controllable terminal proportion
  • Establish customer profiles, accurately understand distributors' strategic needs, personnel organization, ROI, and sales share of each company at the distributor
  • Maintain close communication with primary and secondary distributor management personnel, timely feedback market information
  • Responsible for preliminary collection and reporting of tender materials, prepare for company product tenders in the province; after winning bids, proactively complete secondary price negotiations (if needed) per government documents, promote distributors to ensure drug inclusion after receiving bills of lading, and ensure sales of company winning products to bidding medical institutions
  • Other project-based or temporary tasks assigned by superiors
