Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant sales experience and knowledge of sales practices
  • Languages: French (fluent), English (fluent), German is a plus
  • Ideally understanding of surgical innovation products (Surgical Stapling, Vessel Sealing, Sutures, Hernia, Operating Room Essentials)
  • Demonstrated ability to manage large strategic accounts involving multiple team members and projects
  • Proven track record in driving sales growth and building strong client relationships ideally in the surgical field
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, analytical and presentation skills
  • Experience providing guidance, coaching, and training to other sales professionals
  • Strong teamwork skills, with experience in working collaboratively within a sales team
  • Strong IT skills

Responsibilities

  • Develop and nurture high-level relationships with strategic partners, focusing on Senior and C-Suite stakeholders within assigned strategic accounts
  • Collaborate closely with the Regional Sales Manager, Enterprise Account Manager, and other members of the Surgical Innovation team to identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to develop and execute portfolio management strategies that expand market share, optimize pricing, and secure long-term agreements within strategic accounts
  • Understand assigned accounts’ strategic priorities and create customized, value-added programs
  • Develop, communicate, and implement business plans to achieve strategic objectives and target results
  • Identify and develop ongoing mutual opportunities for sales growth with key accounts in the surgical field
  • Establish and maintain strong customer relationships, develop new accounts, and implement sales strategies to close sales
  • Participate in team-based projects and initiatives to deliver on account and business objectives
  • Provide support, coaching, and training to other sales professionals within the team
  • Secure and maintain effective agreements within the surgical portfolio
  • Work independently with limited supervision, building a robust network of relationships within the team and with external partners
  • Drive adoption and penetration of surgical innovation solutions within assigned strategic accounts to achieve individual and departmental sales targets
  • Influence internal and external partners through advanced negotiation and presentations
