Responsibilities

  • Work in partnership with FedEx operating companies, functions and teams to support the acquisition and development of strategically important customers
  • Define scope and project manage the development and deployment of sustainable, replicable and scalable customer solutions that support the acquisition of major new business for FedEx
  • Develop and deploy customer solutions to support penetration into target vertical markets
  • Perform framing sessions with prospective and existing customers to identify and implement areas for improvement within their supply chain creating opportunities for FedEx
  • Present customer solutions to prospective and existing customers
  • Define scope and project manage the implementation of major new business to ensure go-live is achieved on-time and providing an optimum customer experience
  • Perform project reviews with customers and hand-over to Sales and other functional owners once the project is closed
