Requirements

  • Residency in Montevideo (mandatory)
  • Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in similar roles within industrial or automation sectors
  • Self-driven and proactive profile, with strong time management skills and a results-oriented mindset
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proficiency in English (spoken and written)
  • Willingness to travel frequently (up to 50% of the time) within Uruguay and to Paraguay and Bolivia

Responsibilities

  • Manage commercial relationships with industrial clients across Uruguay, Paraguay, and Bolivia, understanding their business goals and specific needs
  • Identify business opportunities and develop value-added proposals that support client objectives
  • Serve as a liaison between clients and various technical and commercial teams within the company, both locally and internationally
  • Plan and execute regular client visits within Uruguay as well as in Paraguay and Bolivia
  • Achieve sales targets and report progress to the regional team
