Responsibilities
Maintain and develop long-term relationships within the Truck network
Ensure long-term relationship as the single point of contact in the Belux market for Truck tyres and services
Perform sales activities in the Truck market and expand the customer portfolio in line with strategies, policies, and plans to achieve top-line targets
Sell Truck tyres and services to existing and future customers according to commercial strategies and plans
Monitor outcome and results with regards to sales: volume, price, mix, revenue, supply performance, delivery of services
Optimize customer satisfaction and contribute to the delivery of services: market training and consulting on technical and product knowledge, selling skills, retail marketing; implementation of promotions
Perform required assignments to fulfill company processes like forecasting, pricing, marketing, communication
Identify new business opportunities both at the customer-level and in the market
Provide relevant feedback on business information relating to customers, consumers, the market, and competition to stakeholders such as sales management, pricing, marketing
