Responsibilities

  • Maintain and develop long-term relationships within the Truck network
  • Ensure long-term relationship as the single point of contact in the Belux market for Truck tyres and services
  • Perform sales activities in the Truck market and expand the customer portfolio in line with strategies, policies, and plans to achieve top-line targets
  • Sell Truck tyres and services to existing and future customers according to commercial strategies and plans
  • Monitor outcome and results with regards to sales: volume, price, mix, revenue, supply performance, delivery of services
  • Optimize customer satisfaction and contribute to the delivery of services: market training and consulting on technical and product knowledge, selling skills, retail marketing; implementation of promotions
  • Perform required assignments to fulfill company processes like forecasting, pricing, marketing, communication
  • Identify new business opportunities both at the customer-level and in the market
  • Provide relevant feedback on business information relating to customers, consumers, the market, and competition to stakeholders such as sales management, pricing, marketing
