Responsibilities

  • Generate and increase demand with C-level management, Biomedical Engineers, Nurses, Purchasing Directors, and KOLs in the assigned territory
  • Segment customers to identify potential stakeholders and develop an annual clinical education program
  • Act as a product expert and reference for Biomedical, Nursing, and Purchasing departments
  • Attend surgical procedures to strengthen relationships with KOLs and identify new business opportunities
  • Utilize CRM and other tools to measure market size and ensure business growth
  • Conduct product demonstrations and coordinate training sessions in alignment with the company’s strategy
  • Comply with commercial and regulatory policies, report complaints, and ensure adherence to quality and safety standards
  • Plan weekly and monthly activities, generate sales and expense reports, and complete mandatory training with a minimum score of 85%
