Requirements

  • Prior industry experience with ideally 3-5 years of sales experience
  • Experience in medical devices sales or diagnostics sales preferred
  • University degree in Business, Biological Science or related field
  • Proficient in dealing with both primary and secondary customers at all levels
  • Good knowledge of managing numerous stakeholders in sales cycles that exceeds 3-6 months
  • Working knowledge and experience in medical equipment leasing and managed services
  • Skilled and experienced negotiator
  • Positive attitude, team player with a high level of initiative, energy and enthusiasm
  • Effective communicator, excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to achieve results through influencing others
  • Excellent organization, facilitator and presentation skills
  • Fluent in English, native in Czech or Slovak
  • Readiness to work in a field (approx. 80% of time)

Responsibilities

  • Present, promote, and sell products/services using compelling arguments to potential and existing customers
  • Identify potential customers through networking, cold-calling, and email communications
  • Drive profitable growth and close opportunities in targeted accounts by initiating, developing and/or delivering unique solutions that result in improved customer outcomes and benefits Abbott; ensures all commitments are met
  • Manage and drive the development of their accounts, including key activities such as strategic account management
  • Perform cost-benefit analyses for existing and potential customers
  • Analyze impact of market trends and factors and competitor activities on customers
  • Identify new business opportunities to expand current ARDx ID share
  • Sell total ARDx solutions to targeted, hospital and non-hospital accounts
