Requirements

Prior industry experience with ideally 3-5 years of sales experience
Experience in medical devices sales or diagnostics sales preferred
University degree in Business, Biological Science or related field
Proficient in dealing with both primary and secondary customers at all levels
Good knowledge of managing numerous stakeholders in sales cycles that exceeds 3-6 months
Working knowledge and experience in medical equipment leasing and managed services
Skilled and experienced negotiator
Positive attitude, team player with a high level of initiative, energy and enthusiasm
Effective communicator, excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to achieve results through influencing others
Excellent organization, facilitator and presentation skills
Fluent in English, native in Czech or Slovak
Readiness to work in a field (approx. 80% of time)

Responsibilities

Present, promote, and sell products/services using compelling arguments to potential and existing customers
Identify potential customers through networking, cold-calling, and email communications
Drive profitable growth and close opportunities in targeted accounts by initiating, developing and/or delivering unique solutions that result in improved customer outcomes and benefits Abbott; ensures all commitments are met
Manage and drive the development of their accounts, including key activities such as strategic account management
Perform cost-benefit analyses for existing and potential customers
Analyze impact of market trends and factors and competitor activities on customers
Identify new business opportunities to expand current ARDx ID share
Sell total ARDx solutions to targeted, hospital and non-hospital accounts
