Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree preferred, or 5+ years of professional experience required, with sales or clinical experience preferred. Excellent time management, project management skills, experience with reports and budget, and customer service skills are necessary. Knowledge of marketing, market research, new product development, new product introduction, P/L management, and field testing is required. A valid driver’s license in the state of residence and a good driving record are essential.

Responsibilities

As a Patient Care Sales Representative, you will strategically promote and sell Stryker Patient Care products to meet customer needs, becoming the resident expert on Stryker’s offerings and competitor products. You will focus on customer satisfaction through teamwork and empowerment, a consultative approach, honesty, integrity, and exceptional customer service, contributing to product innovation by listening and working with others. You will take pride in cost reduction and ensuring on-time, complete, and error-free shipments, and may be required to move, set up, and demonstrate equipment weighing up to 50 pounds, as well as handle various materials.
