Candidates need 3+ years of people management experience developing leaders through coaching and feedback, and 5+ years in Quality Assurance Operations focused on large-scale QA automation and innovation. A track record of leading projects and succeeding in collaborative environments is also required.
You will lead and develop people leaders, design and execute process improvements and scalable QA strategies including Manual QA and Automated QA programs, partner cross-functionally, and monitor team performance metrics.
