Requirements

  • Diploma/degree preferably in fields such as radiography, healthcare, business administration, or other relevant areas
  • Sales experience, preferably in (neuro) interventional radiology and/or medical devices
  • Excellent interpersonal communications and persuasion skills – with proficiency in Danish and English
  • Strong relationship builders with great networking skills and a collaborative mindset
  • Passionate about medical technology, driven to achieve goals and deliver excellent customer service
  • Adaptable, organized and analytically minded
  • Empathetic and committed to understanding customer needs and contributing to better healthcare
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the territory as required

Responsibilities

  • Start with a familiarization phase with product training to learn about the NV product portfolio and develop relationships with key opinion leaders
  • In coordination with the Regional Sales Manager, build and monitor the sales plan for the assigned territory based on business objectives and customer needs
  • Drive sales growth by identifying new customers, negotiating deals and monitoring market trends
  • Use product and procedural knowledge to advise, train and partner with healthcare professionals, including clinical support when required
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth product supply, delivery timelines, and inventory management
  • Represent Stryker at trade fairs, congresses and business meetings to expand network and build market presence
